The rate is high and processing costs are high. Therefore, today we aerobically fermented this waste mglJ and turned it into a funpost.
It has been proposed and put into practical use that this waste be sent to a fermentation tank. However, the gas produced during fermentation of this waste gives off a bad odor, so it is not possible to directly release this gas into the atmosphere. The gas that is generated in large quantities is led to a deodorizing tank and released after being deodorized. If an activated carbon adsorption method, a chemical cleaning method, or the like is adopted for this deodorizing tank, there are drawbacks such as difficulty in maintaining and managing the tank and the height of the dust. In order to improve this problem, a method was found to use the compost obtained through fermentation as a deodorizing agent, but it is not necessary to use a round deodorizing agent that uses a deodorizing tank separate from the fermenter to deodorize, so it is costly. Although it has been possible to reduce the W field compared to the conventional method, it still requires a lot of effort to maintain the W field.

A type loading device will be installed, which will move sequentially to each type and allow waste to be loaded into the tank. Although not shown in the figures, each fermenter is provided with a mixing means for mixing the input waste and for turning over the generated convos, and the bottom gK of the tank is provided with a discharge port 6. A conveyance device 4 such as a belt conveyor is provided below so as to connect the various spaces arranged in parallel, and the funpos F generated in each type is discharged from the tank and transported to a predetermined position. . It is desirable to lower the machine height of each fermentation tank to reduce the installation costs for charging, transporting, and discharging.Furthermore, it is possible to simplify the equipment by arranging multiple fermenters in parallel, but this is a limitation. The longitudinal direction or the vertical direction can be arbitrarily selected without being affected.

That is, the air supply w5 is supplied from the air supply circuit line blower 4.
It is possible to supply air to various types of air through the air supply pipe, and in order to selectively supply air to the small air or the cypress of the foot, a - pulp 6 is provided in a part of the air supply pipe, and by opening and closing this pulp, the same air can be The air feeder is also set so that air can be supplied to one tank and the air supply to the other tank can be stopped. The exhaust circuit has each calibration a! 'f7 is disposed in the exhaust in a continuous manner, and a large number of pulps 8 are provided in this exhaust #1jt7, so that each type can be selectively exhausted or stopped by the pulps 8. In the deodorizing circuit, deodorizing gas = t9 is arranged so as to connect various parts, and a plurality of pulps 10 are installed in this conduit so that exhaust gas can be selectively supplied to each type, and this deodorizing circuit is Exhaust fan 1 is installed between circuit O@9 and bud 7 of exhaust 4A circuit.
1 is provided to connect both circuits, but this exhaust fan 11 is connected to W.
! Two pulps are provided in both of the following circuits, facing each other so as to sandwich a blower 11 to selectively change the flow direction of the gas.

Or put the waste collected from the sewage treatment plant and a substance to adjust the water content and air permeability into separate containers, and mix them with the in-tank O mixer until the specified amount is reached in the tank. Or, to the lower part of the fermentation tank, the waste material, such as the generated feces treated in the previous process, is charged, and to the upper part of the tank, the waste materials from the upper row are put in two layers, upper and lower. Then, air is supplied to achieve the desired aerobic generation.

ある。Next, the gx material is introduced into the second fermentation tank 1B in the same manner, but the air supply to the fermentation tank for this 1 g of leaf material input may be stopped. When charging to the second fermentation tank 41i1B, fermentation takes place in the first tank 1m.After the charging to the third tank 1B is completed, Takahashi 1 is charged to the third fermentation tank 1°.
The process is carried out in the same manner as in the case of fermentation, but the waste material is added to each type in sequence every 7 days, approximately half the period from input to stable fermentation 1, that is, to production and post production. For example, if the number of fermentation days is t-14 days, Make sure to make inputs. ζ0 third tank 1
When the waste is put into tank 1, the air supply has been completed in tank 1 and tank 1, so the air supply is stopped and the gas generated in large quantities in tank 2 and tank 3 is pumped through the exhaust and deodorization circuit to tank 1. supply to the
After deodorizing here, the gas is released into the atmosphere. When the second tank completes fermentation, the produced waste post in the first tank is discharged, and the gas from the second tank is sent to the second tank. The next step is deodorization, but at No. 1 Hinoki! After the addition of 1g of nest material is completed, air is removed, and the generated gas of U-t- is sent to the second tank and removed. In this way, the deodorizing oak is sequentially switched to the paddle of the generated compost, and after the deodorization is completed. A portion of the compost is discharged, leaving a portion as the next flow stream, and the next waste* is thrown in. In this way, the fermentation process is carried out cyclically and continuously while deodorizing the generated compost. be.

低減できる等の利点を有する。According to the present invention, a plurality of fermenters are used, and the fermentation gas is guided to each calibration, and the generated compost is stored in the fermenter as a deodorizing agent. After being deodorized, it is sequentially removed as compost, which has the advantage that fermentation and dehulling can be done in the same tank, making maintenance easier and reducing costs.
