体内の解毒は酸化、還元、加水分解、結合の方法がある
。酸化にはリボフラビン、ニコチン酸の両酵素が肝臓や
腎臓で解毒が行われる。還元解毒もリボフラビン、ニコ
チン酸、両酵素が活躍する。又リボフラビン、ニコチン
酸両酵素は酸素の無い所では水素を考物に加へ又は加水
分解して小分子にしてから化合物のグルクロン酸、メチ
オニン、システィンと結合解毒される。ある毒物が結合
する部分を持たないときは、OHが導入されそれからグ
ルクロン酸、メチオニン、システィン等に結合解毒スる
