    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）一定周期で磁化した磁気格子の両側に帯状に磁化
    したバイアス磁界発生用の部分又は磁性体を配置したこ
    とを特徴とする磁気スケール装置。
  2. （２）゛上記磁化部分又は磁性体に接続される磁気ヨー
    クを有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の磁気ス
    ケール装置。
  3. （３）前記磁化部分又は磁性体に結合する非磁性材基板
    を有する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の磁気スケ
    ール装置。
