Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はロンドの回転駆動システムが支持フックの真下
に配置される型の装置特に石油用のボ−リングロッドな
移動する装置に関する。
これらの装置ではボーリングロッドの鋏着は時には危険
な手動操作が必要である。
本発明の目的はあらゆる手動操作を回避することである
。
本発明の別の目的はロッド装置の長さの変化を自動的に
補償し得、その結果ポーリング作業時にねじを抜いたシ
或いはねじ止めする装置を提供することである。
本発明の目的は、フックに懸吊されておシ、減速装置と
協働しポーリング時の泥滓の取入口の導管に連結された
垂直な中空心棒をモータの軸の周シで回転駆動させるモ
ータを含んでおシ、前記心棒の周シには心棒に連結され
たシリンダと、心棒と回転駆動され軸に対し平行な並進
運動をおこない得る環状ピストンとを含むジヤツキが配
置されておシ、前記ピストンはポーリングロッド上にね
じでとめる丸め下部分にねじ切シされた管状端部材によ
シシリンダの外側に伸ばされておシ、装置は更に端部材
の延長部分に配置された引込み得る爪状部材の遊隙と、
夫々ロッド装置を回転しながら支持し固定し得るベース
の遊隙とを含んでお）、爪状部材とベースの遊隙はモー
タ減速装置アセンブリに上部分で固定されたアセンブリ
の保−富に連結された回転する固定鰐導装置に対し導か
れ、そのアセンブリは装置のアセンブリの横移動を可能
にし、そのアセンブリを画直な固定トラックに沿って滑
る輸送部に連結するジヤツキと連接棒への結合システム
によ多回転しながら固定されることを特徴とするボーリ
ングロッドの碕動装置を提供することでおる。
中空心棒と環状ピストンとはピストンの回転を阻止する
垂直な溝を有しているのが好ましい。
π 環状ピスト／と管状端部材間に仕切シ弁が挿入逼れてい
ると有利である。
本発明を添付図面を参照して、本発明の好適具体例によ
り詳！ｉｌＫ説明する。
第１＠ｌはポーリング用のデリックＯｔＬ体図を示す。
地上２に配置されたデリックＩＣ）構造が図示されてい
る。ロッド装置３は本発明による装置によｐ前もって組
立てられ九ロツＹ（例えｔｆＢ本のロッド）Ｏブ′篭ン
プリ４により長く伸ばされねばならない。装置はまたロ
ッド装置の１本のロッド又はロッドのアセンブリを取外
すことを可能とする。
５に図示されたロッドのような前もって組立てられ九ロ
ッドのアセンブリはゾーン６に−直に保存されておｐ％
ロッドｏｈ動駆動装置７はデリックの上１１に配置され
九フック８に吊されてお）、フックそれ自身は複滑車８
Ａに固定されている。
更ｖｃ＝ｆＭ駆動装置７と複滑車８Ａのおおいとはジヤ
ツキ９と連接棒１００を介して喬直な固定トラック１１
に沿って可動な輸送部材１０に固定されている。仁の固
定により執置フ線回転しない。
これによ）装置を１直方向に移動させ、水平方向に従っ
て装置を向けさせ、更に保存ゾーン１２ＫＷ＆置を保存
することが可能になる。
第１図に杜ポーリング時の泥滓Ｏ取入口の導管１３が図
示されている。
装置はモータ２１．好ましくは油圧モータ、によ多回転
駆動される中空心棒２０を含む。導管１３の泥滓は心棒
２０に移動する。
兼方形２２は本発明の１ｓを構成せず、詳細に説明する
必要のない公知の臘の減速装置を示す。
轡動装置は、壌状ピストン２４で構成され中空心棒２０
と回転駆動され得、心棒の軸に対し平行に並進移動し得
る回転ジヤツキと心棒２０に固定されたシリンダ２６と
を含む。
環状ピストンは心棒の軸に平行な溝２Ｓを含み、心棒は
対応する溝を含む。従って溝のこの２重の遊隙は前記動
寝を可能にする。
ピストンの並進運動は、後述する部材ｏｔｉｂきと同様
、回転継手２８により可動アセンブリ２４．２５．２６
の中に貫通する油の導管２７によシ油圧的に制御される
。
ピストン２４は環状支持部材３２に固定され油圧的に制
御されるポール弁３１が適合部材３０によシ固定されて
いるロッド管２５Ａによりシリンダ２６の外側で伸びて
いる。この弁は噴出を制御し得、同様にロッドが除去さ
れる時、床にいる人間の頭上に泥滓が落ちないようにす
る。
支持部材３２には？９動用ボーリングロッド４の内側Ｋ
（ｔｏｏｌ　−ｊｏｉｎｔと呼ばれる）ｌ＃彊端部４Ａ
を提する部材の補助的な外部ねじ山３３Ａを呈する端部
材３３が固定されている。
前記可動アセンブリはモータ２１と減速機２２のアセン
ブリに上部で連結され、固定クラウン３７によシ組立て
られ九いくつかのエレメントで作製され九固定１ｉ１３
５によｐ保護されている。この嵐の上には２つのジヤツ
キアセンブリが固定されている。
最初のアセンブリはピストンが４１Ａ、シリンダが４１
Ｂとして示され九１群のジヤツキを含む。
各々のピストンはフック又は爪状部材４２が固定されて
いる部材４１ＣＫよシ張シ出している。フックとシリン
ダの補助円錐形によシフツクが軸に接近したシ遠ざかっ
たシすることが可能となり、シリンダ４ｉＢは室３５に
固定されておシ、フック４２に対する案内部材として作
用する。
従ってフックの同時的な動きによシロラド装置の膨張部
分４Ａの下にかけることによシロラド装置を維持するこ
とが可能となる。各々フックを作用させる４つのジヤツ
キが配備されていると有利である。
第２のア″′ブリはビット′が４３Ａ、７す１ダが４３
Ｂとして示されている１群のジヤツキを含む。各々のピ
ストンはベース４４上で動く部材４３Ｃに連結されてふ
・シ、ベースとシリンダの補助円錐形によシロラド４の
端部の効果的な締付けが可能となり、シリンダ４３Ｂは
同様に固定室３５に固定されておシ、ベース４４に対し
案内部材として作用する。
４個のベース上で動く４個のジヤツキが配備されている
と有利である。
ロッドの新しいアセンブリ４を装置３にかけることが所
望される場合、公知の技術により床のレベルに固定され
る装置の作用は次の通やでるる。
ジヤツキ９と輸送部材１０によ！ｌｌ装置７はロッド（
或いはロッドのアセンブリ）が保存されているゾーン６
の上に導かれる。装置（モータ２１が停止されている）
はロッドをかぶせるように降ろされ、これは装置の基部
にある円錐台４Ｂにより容易にされる。アセンブリの端
部４Ａが係合すると、保存ゾーンから＆［３の走置位置
まで移動され得るアセンブリを促えるためジヤツキ４１
Ａ−４１Ｂが作用する。
アセンブリ４の下端４Ｂと装置３が１直線に配置される
と、アセンブリ４がロッＰ３と接触するまで複滑車８Ａ
によシ装置）を下けながら下端と装置を接近させる。更
に膨張端４Ａがベース４４０面に至シ、もはや爪状部材
４２により支持されないようにロッド４の端４Ａが部材
３３の下膚に対する支持台に至るようにアセンブリを下
げる。
すると端４人はジヤツキ４３Ａ−４３Ｂの動きにより強
く固定される。次にモータは可動アセンブリ２０−２４
−３２−３３　　を回転させるように始動され、これは
ロッド４のｍ４Ａに対し端３３をねじで締める効果を有
する。モータが停止されるとジヤツキ４３Ａ−４３Ｂの
逆方向への動きによりベース４４を緩めなからｍ４Ａが
解放される。
次にアセンブリ４の下端４Ｂをロッド装置３にねじ止め
するためモータ２１が再び始動される（第１図参照）。
ジヤツキ４１Ａ−４１Ｂ及び４３Ａ−４３Ｂがロッドの
アセンブリ４を開放し、モータ２１を再び始動させなが
らポーリングが再開される。
ロッドのアセンブリの分解作業は類似の方法でおこなわ
れる。
ジヤツキ２４−２５の役割は３つある。
−一方ではロッド４或いはロンドアセンブリ４の端をロ
ッド輪置３に近づける（或いは遠ざける）と必＊ｈ弱い
振幅の垂直な並進運動が可能となる、 一他方ではねじでとめたり或いはねじを外Ｌ７たｐする
時のねじ山の長さを補償し得る、−水圧容量に関連して
ボーりンダ時にロッド数置を再び上げ得るいくつかの震
動を鞠め得る。
本発明による装置は数多くの効果を奏効する。
−デリックを高くせずに現存の輪置と置換するためには
充分小皺である、 一故障の場合邪魔にならない位置に遠ざけ配電し得、従
来の移動システムにより置換され祷る、−ねじ山を補償
し得、撮動の減衰を可能にする、 −ロツドが除去される時、泥海の導管を容易に塞ぎ得る
、 一ポーリングロンドを危険にさらすことなく迅速に確実
に移動し得る。

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）フックに懸吊されており、減速装置と協働しポー
    リング時の泥海の散入口の導管に連結され九−直な中空
    心棒を軸の周シで回転駆動させるモータを含んでおシ、
    心棒に連結されたシリンダと、前記軸に対し平行な並進
    運動をおζない得る心棒と共に一転駆動される環状ピス
    トンとを含むジヤツキが前記心棒の周シに配置されてお
    り、前記ピストンはボーリングロッド上にねじ止めされ
    得る丸め下部分にねじ切シされた管状端部材によりシリ
    ンダ外方へ伸びておシ、装置は更に端部材の延長部分に
    配置された引込み得る爪状部材の遊隙と、夫々ロッド装
    置を回転させながら支持し固定し得るベースの遊隙とを
    含んでおり、爪状部材とペースの遊隙はモータ減速装置
    アセンブリに上部分で固定されたアセンブリの保護室に
    連結された回転する固定誘導部材に対し導かれ、このア
    センブリは装置のアセンブリの横移動を可能にし、垂直
    な固定トラックに沿って滑る輸送部材に連結するジヤツ
    キと連接棒への連結システムによシ回転しながら固定さ
    れることを特徴とするボーリングロッドの吟動装置。
  2. （２）　　中空の心棒と環状ピストンとは心棒の周シで
    ピストンの回転を阻止する垂直な溝を有することを特徴
    とする特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の装置。
  3. （３）環状ピストンと管状端部材間に仕切シ弁が挿入さ
    れていることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項又は第
    ２項に記載の装置。
