[Background Art] Conventionally, it has been quite difficult to realize a concentrated three-dimensional conduit during the production of laminated decorative veneers, and in fact, it has not been implemented at all.

In view of this, the present inventors prepared a raw material veneer for expressing a concentrated conduit, that is, a veneer in which striations on which wood powder was sprinkled were formed between the striations of the raw material veneer. Efforts have been made to make it as close as possible to natural products.

As a result, we developed a method of separately adjusting and using a veneer plate for expressing three-dimensional concentrated conduits (hereinafter referred to as the veneer plate for holes) as shown in Fig. 1. According to this method, a decorative veneer as shown in the modeled plan view of FIG. 2(a) can be obtained. However, in the case of natural pipes, the conduit portion is cut off, as shown in the model shown in Figure 2 (b). These differences undermined the fidelity of laminated decorative veneers. This invention was made in view of such circumstances.

FIG. 3 is a process diagram showing a method of manufacturing a veneer for holes in the present invention. In FIG. 3(a), la and lb are raw material veneers, 2 is a strip of wood, and 3 is a resin foam layer. This is fixed onto the raw material veneer 1a using an adhesive. Here, there is no equivalent limitation regarding the resin foam. However, as described below, it is most preferable to use urethane resin. A desired number of such assembled units are stacked up using adhesive, and as shown in (b), they are sandwiched between mold plates 4 and formed into free notches (1).
2 + lower first-order flitch). If a urethane resin adhesive is used as the adhesive here, the foam layer t-' is created at the same time, so there is no need to use a separate resin foam. In short, it consists of strips of wood and a resin foam layer between the raw material veneers, and these are lined up side by side to form a single layer. By slicing the primary flitch 5 obtained here using a blade 6, a veneer 7 for holes is obtained.

Note that the wood pieces 2 placed on the raw material veneer l are arranged at certain intervals. Further, they may be arranged randomly or substantially parallel. A portion where the resin foam 1- is formed is formed between them. Further, the slicing direction of the primary flitch is such that the straight grain appears and the end face of the wood piece 3 and the resin foam portion appear simultaneously on the surface of the veneer for the holes. The resulting veneer is shown in a perspective view in FIG. 4(a). That is, the filament 8a formed by the side end surface of the raw material veneer l

As shown in FIG. 4, the hole veneer 7 obtained in the above manner is mixed with the raw material veneer 9 and laminated (usually alternately) using an adhesive to form an uneven surface. mold board 10
It is sandwiched between the two and compressed to form a flitch (hereinafter referred to as secondary flitch). By slicing this flitch, the desired laminated decorative veneer 11 is obtained.

Example 1 First, in order to create a primary flitch, 0.
A raw material veneer with a thickness of 25 to 0.60 mm was dyed in the pore color of oak using a commercially available dye. The dyed veneer obtained here is 4
The moisture content was 0-50%. Apply urethane resin adhesive (approximately 100 g/%) on top of this veneer, and on top of that, strips of wood (agathis wood, thickness 0°3 mm, width approx. 5 mm) dyed in the same color as the dyed veneer. Approximately 20 pieces were arranged with the fiber direction aligned with the veneer and spaced apart from each other. Next, apply urethane resin adhesive to both sides of the dyed veneer (70 g per side)
cJ) 1. Then, the wood pieces were placed on top of the above-mentioned arrangement of wood pieces, and further wood pieces were arranged on top of the above arrangement at intervals. This series of operations was repeated about 50 times in about 15 minutes to stack the layers, which were then sandwiched between flat mold plates and compressed with a pressure of 1.5 kg/co+G.
It became a flitch.

[Effect] This invention creates a primary flitch by laminating raw veneers with an adhesive and pressing them with a mold plate, and then slicing this in the straight grain direction to produce a veneer for perforation. Next, when the raw veneers are laminated using adhesive, the veneer for perforation is mixed and laminated, and a secondary flitch is created by sandwiching and pressing between molds, and then slicing. A method for producing a laminated decorative veneer comprising:
Next, when making a flitch, a layer consisting of a strip of wood and a resin foam layer is interposed between the raw material veneers, so it is possible to create randomness in the conduit distribution and conduit length. As a result, a laminated decorative veneer that closely resembles natural wood was obtained.
