ートを付設してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）・に

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）香料を封入したゼラチン材等からなるカプセルと
    、発泡ウレタン等の含浸材とを、少なくとも上面がポリ
    エチレン等の通気性フィルムからなる容器内に包蔵し、
    該容器内の前記カプセルを指圧等により破砕可能に構成
    してなる風呂用芳香器。　　　、
  2. （２）前記容器の通気性フィルムからなる上ｍｌを、水
    溜りを防ぐ彎曲面に構成してなる実用新案登録請求の範
    囲（１）に記載の風呂用芳香器。
  3. （３）前記容器に発泡ポリエチレン等からなるフロート
    を付設してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲（１）に記載の
    風呂用芳香器。
