Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 試料ステージを内部に有し側壁に開口部が形成された試
    料室と、試料ホルダーが着脱自在に取付けられる試料導
    入棒を備えかつ前記開口部を含む前記側壁に取付けられ
    た予備排気室と、前記開口部を閉塞または開放するよう
    駆動されるゲートバルブと、前記試料導入棒の位置を検
    知する検知手段と、前記検知手段からの位置検知信号に
    より試料ステージおよび／またはゲートバルブの駆動ま
    たは駆動の停止を制御する駆動／停止制御手段とからな
    ることを特徴とする試料導入装置。
