勢時に上記可動鉄心を吸引移動させるリング状電磁石、
この電磁石の内周部に配設された筒状の爪支承部材、こ
の爪支承部材の内周部に回転自在に配設された型車、上
記爪支承部材に回転自在に支承され、上記電磁石が上記
可動鉄心を所定量だけ吸引移動させると、それに応動し
て、上記型車を所定量だけ回転させる爪、上記電磁石の
消勢時に上記可動鉄心および上記螺子部材を介し上記圧
力板を上記ブレーキ円板の他側に圧接させるブレーキば
ね、上記型車と一体に回転すると共に、上記可動鉄心を
貫通する端部が上記螺子部材と一体をなす回転軸、上記
爪支承部材の軸方向移動を阻止する手段、上記型車もし
くは該型車と一体に回転する回転部に一端が当接し上記
型車の回転を制御する回転制御用ばね、及び上記電磁石
の上記可動鉄心側と反対側端にボルトで固着され、上記
回転制御用ばねの他端を受けるばね受けを備えたものに
