Claims (1)
- 生化学自動分析装置の液面検知試薬吸引プローブ及び試
料吸引プローブにおいて、金属パイプを熱収縮性絶縁管
で覆い収縮密着させたプローブと絶縁被覆した金属線と
を各々電極として互いに平行に密着して揃え、その上を
更に熱収縮性絶縁管で覆って熱収縮固定したことを特徴
とする電極付プローブ。
