Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily bond and separate both shafts by using a screw with different pitches as a differential screw for bonding both shafts of a shaft coupling to be fastened and unfastening same to be separated. CONSTITUTION:A through hole 2 and a screw 4 are mounted at the center of a shaft 1 for inserting a swirl tool such as a hexagon handle, a driver or the like. A female taper 3 is formed on the shaft bonding side. This female taper portion 3 is provided with a key groove 5 formed axially, if necessary. A shaft 6 to be bonded to the shaft 1 has the shaft end with a male taper 7, and the central portion of the shaft is provided with a screw 8 formed in the same direction as the screw 4 and in different pitches. A semicircular key groove 9 is mounted on the male taper portion 7 if necessary, and a semicircular key 10 is fitted therein. A screw shaft 11 which functions as a shaft coupling for bonding the shafts 1, 6 together comprises a screw engaged with the screw 4 of the shaft 1 and a screw engaged with the screw 8 of the shaft, which are mounted on both end portions thereof.

2の口元に右又は左ねじてピッチが例えば1121mの
ねじ4が刻設されている。 そして雌テーパ部3には必
要により軸方向にキー溝5が削設される。 第1紬1に
接合するJI2軸6は軸端に雄テーバ7が形成され中心
部に前記ねじ4と同方向の右又は左ねじでピッチか大き
いか又は小ざい例えば1.2511!II のねじ8が
刻設されている。 そして雄テーバ部7には必要により
半月キー溝9が削設され半月キー10が嵌入される。 
この@1軸1と#I2軸6とを接合する軸継手となるね
じ軸11は第1軸1のねじ4と螺合する右又は左ねじて
同ピツチ1mmのねじ12と第2軸6のねじ8と螺合す
る右又は左の同ピツチ1、25mm のねじ13がそれ
ぞれ両端部に刻設され、ねじ1211の端部には旋回さ
せるため六角ハンドル用の六角穴またはマイナスドライ
バー用の満員が形成されている。
