    下部分を貫通する設備配管の共用竪管とガス湯沸器を設
    備した設備配管及び熱源機器集中設置構造において、前
    記ガス湯沸器を前記配管カバーに取り付けてあることを
    特徴とする集合住宅における設備配管及び熱源機器集中
    設置構造。
