Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent unnecessary line holding and to improve the preciseness of transmission/reception of information, by informing the generation of a trouble in a center apparatus of a voice response information processing system to subscribers in calling. CONSTITUTION:When a ''line connection command ON/OFF'' sent from an information processor 1 is to be repeated by a line controlling device 3, the command is delayed during a fixed period. During the delay time, the line controlling device 3 checks the existence of troubles in the information processor 1 and a voice processor 2 through a control signal line 8. When a trouble is detected, the line controlling device 3 holds 8 ''line connection command OFF'' and sends a ''line connection command ON'' to a network controlling device 5. In said status, the line controlling device 3 sends a regeneration starting signal to a recording/reproducing device 4, which reproduces a voice for the information of the trouble after receiving the starting signal. The line controlling device 3 separates a line 6 from the voice processor 2 to connect the voice processor 2 to a voice output line 11. When a previously set up trouble is informed, the recording/reproducing device 4 stops operation automatically.

In the configuration as shown in FIG. 1, the connection between the center equipment and the telephone, which is a terminal, is performed as follows. That is, when a call is made from the center side, an activation signal is sent from the information processing device 1 to the network control signal line 9. The activation signal is relayed by the line control device 3 and sent to the network control device 5. As a result, the network control device 5 starts operating and a call is made. When the terminal, ie, the packing machine, responds, the network control device 5 sends a "connection complete" signal to the information processing device 1 to notify that the other party has responded. The information processing device 1 that detected this
A “line connection command ON” is sent to the network control signal line 9. This "line connection command ON'" is relayed by the line control device 3 and sent to the network control device 5. As a result, the network control device 5 switches the line 6 to a call mode, thereby connecting the line 6 to the voice processing device 2. On the other hand, when a call is received on the center side, when the network control device 5 detects a paging signal, it sends a "paging display signal" to the information processing device 1 via the network control signal line 9.

When the information processing device 1 detects the "call display signal",
A “line connection command ON” is sent to the network control signal line 9. ``Line connection command ON'' is relayed by the line control device 3 and sent to the network control device 5, thereby connecting the line 6 to the voice processing device 2 in the same way as when making a call.Line 6 and the voice processing device 2 For connection with network control device 5, "line connection command ON" is set.

However, if there is a failure in the entire information processing device 1 or in the network control part, the voice processing device 20 cannot be controlled or the "line connection command" is turned OFF, causing the line 6 and the voice processing device 2 to become uncontrollable. It becomes impossible to maintain a connection with the server, and failure notifications become impossible.

During this delay time, the line control device 6 checks via the control signal line 8 whether or not there is a failure in the information processing device 1 and the audio processing device 2 . If there are many failures, the ``line connection command 0N10FF'' delayed for a certain period of time is sent as is to the network control device 5. If a failure is detected, the ``line connection command OFF'' delayed for a certain period of time is sent as is to the network control device. 5, but is held by the line control device 6 and sends a disconnection signal of "line connection command ON" to the network control device 5.

After the line 6 is connected to the system in this way, the line control device 3 sends a "playback start signal" to the recording/playback device 4. When the recording/playback device 4 detects the "playback start signal" sent via the playback control signal line 10, it starts playing back the audio of the fault notification. When the line control device 6 detects via the playback control signal line 10 that the recording and playback device 4 has started a playback operation, it disconnects the line 6 from the audio processing device 2 and connects it to the audio output line 11.

When the line control device 3 detects that the recording/playback device 4 has stopped operating via the playback control signal line 10, it resets the held "line connection command ON" and sets the "line connection command OFF" under network control. Send to device 5. As a result, the network control device 5 releases the line 6. The line control device 6 also disconnects the line 6 and the audio output line 11.

(6) Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention prevents the call from being cut off without permission to the other party even in the event of a failure of the center equipment during a call, and makes it possible to explain the situation to the other party. Not only can the accuracy of communication be increased because the process ends normally, but also
This has the effect of eliminating unnecessary line maintenance.
