えて、端子の軽量化、電線との組立の自動化を計るため

を製造するものであり、該主体部を合成樹脂のエマルジ
ョンに浸漬することにより接解部を残して内部に合成樹
脂を充填すると共に表面を被覆し、以って該合成樹脂に
より耐腐蝕性と絶縁性を付与し、また内部に充填された
樹脂により締付時の変形乃至これによる接触不良の発生
を防止するようにし、更には該合成樹脂被覆において締
付ボルトの端部位置に当る部分に切込みによる折り返し
被覆部を設けて、締付は操作を可能にすると共に使用中
においては該折り返し被覆部がボルトの頭部或いはナツ
トに係合してその回動を阻止することにより端子金具の
バッテリーポストに対する緩みを防止するようにしたも
のである。
