【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は電線をバッテリーポストに対して接続するため
の端子に関するものであり、鉛の鋳造体による端子に代
えて、端子の軽量化、電線との相克の自動化を計るため
に黄銅等の板材の打抜きと折り曲げ加工によって主体部
を製造するものであり、該主体部を合成樹脂のエマルジ
ョンに浸漬することにより接触部を残して内部に合成樹
脂を充填すると共に表面を被覆し、以って該合成樹脂に
より耐腐蝕性と絶縁性を付与し、また内部に充填された
樹脂により締付時の変形乃至これによる接触不良の発生
を防止するようにしたものである。

具の変形を防止すると共に縮少許容切欠部の縮少による
端子金具の締め付は動作を阻害することがなく、以って
端子金具のバッテリーポストに対する良好な接触を確保
し得られる。
