Although the first method has good cleaning properties, it takes a long time to clean and has the disadvantage that the corotron wire 2 is cut during operation.

また清掃用具の点数が多いために保管にも難があった。In addition, there were many cleaning tools, which made storage difficult.

Furthermore, although the second method has the advantage of being easy to operate, it also has the disadvantages of leaving residue on the corners of the corotron shield, making the device itself large, and increasing cost.

'1' In the application example shown in Fig. 2, which has the advantage of being compact and inexpensive, the corotron wire 2 is attached to the cleaning pad 5 when the cleaning device is attached to and detached from the entire corona discharger.
There is a danger that the corotron wire 2 will be cut due to the pressure between the two, and there is a drawback that the means for fixing the cleaning pad 5 at point A is difficult and the number of assembly steps increases.

The present invention has been developed in view of the above circumstances, and its objectives are to eliminate uneven wiping, eliminate the need to cut the corotron wire during attachment/detachment, shorten cleaning time, and be inexpensive and easy to store. To provide a cleaning device for a corona discharger that can be cleaned even by an amateur.

以下、本発明を第3図以下を参照して説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG. 3 and subsequent figures.

Since the cleaning pad 5 is larger than the width of the corotron shield 1 before being inserted, it will press against the corotron shield 1 when inserted. However, during insertion, the corotron wire 2 is designed so that the cleaning pad 5 does not touch or touches it lightly, so the corotron wire 2 will not be cut by pushing the entire wire.

Next, by applying full force to the left and right sides of the support plate 9 in the direction of the arrow, the cleaning pad 5 is pressed against the corotron wire 2, and in this state, the cleaning pad 5 is moved in a longitudinal direction. Finally, the cleaning of the center portion of the corotron wire 2 and corotron shield 1, that is, the zero point, is completed.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention, which differs from the above-described embodiment in that the supporting plate 9 is shaped like an inverted V and the cleaning pad 5 is attached to the side wall of the corotron shield 1. It is placed so that it intersects 1a at an acute angle,
In particular, consideration has been given to ease of holding and the corner adhesiveness of the Corotron Shield 1.

What is shown in FIG. 5 is another embodiment of the present invention.
fl Support plate 9 is made up of separate left and right members, both members 9a and 9bt bins are used to open and close the members, and a compression spring 10 is interposed between both members 9a+9b on the opposite side of the cleaning pad 5. An advantage is that 9 does not necessarily have to be flexible.

Since the present invention has been described in detail above, by using the cleaning device according to the present invention, it is possible to clean the corotron shield 1, which is the portion to be cleaned H of the corona discharger, without any uneven wiping (unwiped residue). Therefore, there is no risk of cutting the corotron wire 2, which is the part to be cleaned, when the cleaning device is attached or detached from the housing, and the cleaning time can be shortened. Moreover, it is not only inexpensive and easy to store, but also allows even an amateur to clean the corona discharger.
