Abstract

The wedge wires are spirally wound around the outer side so as to form slits 4a of prescribed sizes and are welded by fusion to the rods, whereby the members 4 are formed. With either members, the projecting base parts of the wedge shape are welded by fusion to the rods 3 to form the smooth outside surfaces in parallel with said rods.
