Traditionally, specialized rice cooking facilities such as school lunch centers that supply rice in bulk to schools, cafeterias, hospitals, sushi restaurants, and other places that consume large amounts of rice have used rice cookers to cook large quantities of rice. Prepare a lot of rice, put soaked rice in it with water, put it on a conveyor and move it, and set springs at appropriate places on the conveyor. Apparatus for sequentially passing and circulating the material are commonly used.

However, in the past, this device used a method in which the rice was dropped into the hopper at the automatic reversing means and scraped off, and then the rice cooker was placed on a conveyor and sent to the next cleaning means. Solids such as leftover rice and starch are baked into the inside of the rice cooker due to residual heat before they are conveyed to the cleaning means.
There was a problem in that it did not come off easily even when strongly sprayed with water (0°C).

この発明はこの点を解決したもので、炊飯釜に残った残

The present invention solves this problem and aims to provide a continuous automatic rice cooking device in which leftover rice and solid matter remaining in the rice cooking pot are easily peeled off and removed during cleaning.

3 is a conveyor for conveying this rice cooker 2, and in the example, the part that is not heated is a roller conveyor 3a,
The part to be heated is, for example, a chain conveyor 3b. Reference numeral 4 denotes an automatic rice cooking means equipped with, for example, a large number of gas burners, and a water-cooled cooling means 5 (indicated by dotted lines in FIG. 2) for cooling the chain conveyor is attached to this automatic rice cooking means. Reference numeral 6 denotes a steaming device that constitutes the heat retention process, and has a tunnel-like shape and has a heat retention function. 7 is an automatic reversing means for the rice cooker equipped with a lid removal device (not shown), and this device 7 is a hopper that pulls up the rice cooker 2 diagonally and then turns it over vigorously to open the rice inside. (not shown), but if this is done, some rice will remain in the rice cooker 2, so it is necessary for someone to be there to scrape off the remaining rice with a spatula or the like. The rice that has fallen into the hopper and is scraped off is loosened by an automatic scraper (not shown) installed in the hopper, and then placed in a fixed amount into the food can 8 installed below the hopper outlet. After being expropriated and sealed, it will await shipment. If there is time before shipping, it may be temporarily stored in a refrigerator.

9 is a water injection means according to the present invention, and this water injection means is operated, for example, by a push button operation or a limit switch,
After pouring a certain amount of hot or cold water into the rice cooker 2,
It is configured to repeat the automatic stopping operation. It is economical to use the hot water (12°C, 15°C) directly from the cooling means 5 used to cool the chain conveyor 3b in the above-mentioned automatic rice cooking means or steaming means, but it is not necessary to heat the water separately. You may also use something else. Ordinary tap water may also be used.

Now, to explain the case where soaked rice is automatically cooked continuously using this device, the rice cooking pot 2 (only one is shown) placed on the conveyor 3 is connected to the rice distribution means 1.
After a predetermined amount of soaked rice and water are injected and the lid is placed, the rice is fed into the automatic rice cooking means 4 that constitutes the rice cooking process, and is slowly cooked on a chain conveyor 3b for about 23 minutes. As it moves, it is heated and cooked by the gas burner flames blown from all directions, and in the latter half of the process, it is baked. The rice cooker 2 containing the cooked rice is sent via a chain conveyor 3b into a steaming means whose upper part is covered to keep it warm. The rice is steamed during this time. After completing this steaming process, the rice cooking pot is then sent to the automatic reversing means 7, where the lid is automatically removed, the rice is turned over, and the rice is dropped into a hopper (not shown).
After the remaining amount is manually scraped off with a spatula or the like, it is placed on a reheating conveyor (roller conveyor 3a), at which point approximately 250 cc/-7300 cc of warm water is poured into it by the newly installed water injection means 9. It will be injected. This hot water is used to cool the rice cooker/bearer in the automatic rice cooking means 4 and the steaming means 6, and the hot water heated to about 12°C to 15°C may be used as it is, or it may be heated separately. As mentioned above, this may be used.

The rice cooking pot 2 filled with this hot water is sent to the next cleaning process on a conveyor, but during this time, the leftover rice and solid matter that have stuck to the rice cooking pot 9 are baked into the rice cooking pot by this hot water. It grows without any problem. Then, it is sent to the cleaning means 10 that constitutes the cleaning process and is automatically reversed.
It is cleaned by spraying compressed water from the surrounding area, but at this time, as mentioned earlier, the leftover rice and solids remaining in the rice cooker are soaked without burning into the rice cooker. Because there is, it became compressed. Although warm water was initially used in the experiment, it was found that it had the same peeling effect as regular tap water.

The rice cooking pot that has been cleaned in this way is moved again on the conveyor and returns to the rice distribution and water distribution means 1, where it passes through the process means described above in order. By repeating this process, It is capable of producing rice in large quantities.

Furthermore, as another embodiment, when a small amount of a starch dissolving agent such as siachloric acid was added when hot water was injected into the rice cooker using a water injection means, it was found that the effect of removing solids was further increased. .

As can be understood from the detailed explanation above, the present invention adds water injection means to the conventionally known automatic rice cooking device, thereby making it possible to cleanly remove leftover rice and solid matter remaining in the rice cooker during cleaning. As a result, it is possible to achieve a great effect in terms of hygiene, and it is also possible to have the effect of eliminating the need for manpower to scrape off the dirt, which is required in the conventional method.
