断回路はアクセルスイッチのオン信号と、変速機スイッ
チのオフ信号とエンジンの設定回転数以下を氏す信号お
よび車速の設定速度以上を示す信号の４つの信号の内の
すくなくとも１つの信号により電磁７１ヘルプを開き、
前起の４つの信号がない場合に電磁バルブを閉じるもの
