To describe the present invention specifically, the general processing process for industrially produced long fabrics is to remove the size from the original fabric, then perform pre-treatments such as scouring and bleaching, and then dyeing, resin processing, or weight reduction. It is a product that undergoes processing and other finishing processes.

The above-mentioned dyeing processing, resin processing, weight reduction processing, etc. are generally performed on both sides of the fabric, but sometimes,
There are cases where it is required to perform the above-mentioned treatments on one piece of fabric. When applying the above-mentioned processing to both sides of the fabric, the fabric is filled with the corresponding processing liquid and immersed in the liquid, and then the liquid content of the fabric is adjusted with a squeezing roll, and then subjected to a heat treatment such as steaming. If properly controlled, the purpose can be achieved, but in the conventional method of applying the above-mentioned processing to one side of the fabric, special equipment to apply the processing liquid to only one side of the fabric was a fee, so it was difficult to apply the liquid to one side. It was time consuming. In other words, when applying liquid to the cloth hanging piece +f+ in the past, a special liquid applying device is used, and the equipment and operation of this single-sided liquid applying device is expensive. There were many inconveniences, such as the need for time and effort to adjust the amount of liquid applied.

The present invention has been made to solve this inconvenience, and is a method for continuous drying of fabric, which allows a desired liquid (chemical) to be applied to one side of the fabric without using a single-sided liquid application device. The purpose is to provide a method.

Wholesale In the present invention, a fabric to be processed is immersed in a solution such as a dye solution, a resin solution, or a caustic solution, and then this liquid-impregnated fabric is
By passing the liquid-containing fabric through a heating device that can heat the front and back sides of the fabric at different degrees and heating and drying it with a difference in heating temperature on both sides, the fabric is heated to a higher temperature. Since the solvent in the solution is transferred together with the water, the transfer action of the solvent makes it possible to effectively dry one side of the fabric, for example, by deep color dyeing, resin processing, or weight reduction processing, as well as drying of the fabric.

1 is a vertical drying chamber, and a fabric inlet 2 is formed at the bottom of the drying chamber 1, and a fabric inlet 2 is formed at the top of the drying chamber 1.
A fabric outlet 3 is formed and a button is provided so that the fabric 4 can be lifted up and transferred substantially vertically within the drying chamber 1. 5a and 5b are infrared heating plates installed on the left and right sides of the fabric transfer path in the drying chamber 1, and these heating plates 5a

Next, to describe its effect, first, the fabric 4 is placed in the liquid tank 8.
Processing solution (e.g. caustic solution, dye solution, resin solution, etc.)
The liquid-impregnated fabric 4 is then fed into the drying chamber 1 after adjusting the liquid content of the fabric to be uniform over the entire surface of the fabric using a squeezing roll IOK. Left and right infrared heating plates 5a and 5 installed in this drying chamber 1
b refers to both sides of the fabric transferred between both infrared heating plates 5a and 5b in the drying chamber 1, since the heating temperature difference is caused by the difference in the amount of heat from the flame injected from the gas burner 6. Since the heating temperature acting on the fabric is different on both sides of the fabric, the water impregnated into the fabric and the solvent in the treatment solution migrate to the fabric side with the higher heating temperature.
A large amount of solvent is transferred to one side of the fabric and fixed, and then taken out from the drying chamber 1 and transferred to the next processing step, that is, the steaming step, where it is reacted and processed by the steaming, and the desired processing is carried out. It is something that can be achieved.

As is clear from the above explanation, by transferring the liquid-containing fabric into the drying chamber 1 according to this embodiment, both sides of the fabric are heated with a temperature difference, and this temperature difference causes 0jAIf, Since a large amount of the solvent in the solution migrates to the higher side, by subjecting the fabric to a second heat treatment, both sides of the fabric can be treated at different treatment concentrations, such as dyeing concentration, resin adhesion density, etc. A processed fabric with different weight loss on both sides of the fabric can be obtained. That is, in the present invention, a fabric to be processed is immersed in a solution, and then both sides of the synthetic fabric are heated with a heating difference, so that the fabric is impregnated by the heating difference on both sides of the fabric. Since moisture and solvent in the liquid part are transferred to the side where the heating is higher, this fabric is subjected to a treatment such as steaming in the next processing machine to create a treated fabric with a treatment difference between the two sides of the fabric. Obtainable. That is, conventionally, this type of processing was carried out using a single-sided coating machine, etc., but according to the present invention, it is possible to perform different processing on the front and back sides simply by adjusting the amount of heating to the liquid-impregnated fabric. Furthermore, according to the present invention, it is possible to change the processing difference between both sides of the fabric by adjusting the heating temperature difference between both sides of the fabric, thereby ensuring a processing difference between the front and back sides that cannot be obtained with conventional mechanical gA*. It is also possible to obtain fabrics with different or different colors on both sides.
