アンプの出力信号を受けその信号レベルが一定となるよ
うに受光光量を調節する自動絞り機構と、この自動絞り
機構の絞り量を検出する絞り量検出器と、この絞り量検
出器の出力信号を位相角信号に変換する位相角変換回路
と、この位相角変換回路により発生される位相角信号と
前記受光アンプの出力信号とを切り換えて前記位相角検
出回路に供給するスイッチとを具備し、測定動作時には
前記受光アンプの出力信号を前記位相角検出回路に印加
するとともに、規準動作時には前記位相角変換回路の出
力信号を前記位相角検出回路に印加するようにしてなる
