定台を設け、この固定台に前記ハンドルが閉錠状態を維
持されるよう付勢すルタメのトーションバースプリンク
ラ一方の端末が前記ハンドルに他方の端末が前記ベース
プレートに夫々係止されるように支持したことを特徴と
