Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce installation cost, running cost and maintenance cost, by forming gases with different dust contents in an electric dust collecting apparatus corresponding to the using object of a gas to be treated. CONSTITUTION:In utilizing the waste heat of a high temp. dust containing gas such as a boiler exhaust gas, because it is unnecessary to excessively reduce the dust content of a gas recirculated to a boiler, a main gas outlet and a gas outlet 9 are provided to a dust collecting chamber 6. In this structure, a main gas 11 is passed through plural duct collecting parts 10 to remove dust therein and a sub- gas 12 is exhausted on the way. Therefore, installation cost, running cost and maintenance cost can be positively reduced.

As shown in Fig. 1, the temperature of the exhaust gas from a boiler 1 is controlled by an economizer 2, and dust is removed by a high-temperature electrostatic precipitator 3, as shown in Fig. 1. Next, most of the gas after dust collection is cooled down by an air heater 4, and then desulfurized by a desulfurization device 5 and diffused into the atmosphere.
The gas amount for this desulfurization tSS is 100, and the gas amount is 15~

In addition, the waste heat of high-temperature gold layer gas can be used as hot gas for drying granules such as coal and ash.

By the way, the dust content of the gas recirculated to the boiler is 0.5f/1rII for the main gas JF)O-1f/M11I'.
Despite the fact that IP level is sufficient, in the conventional system described above, the entire amount of the main gas and recirculated gas is treated with the electrostatic precipitator 3, and the dust content of the recirculated gas is lowered than necessary. And the electrostatic precipitator 3 is made larger than necessary,
This is a factor that increases the cost of exhaust gas treatment.

The present invention is an electrostatic precipitator characterized in that the gas to be treated is taken out as gases having different dust contents depending on the respective uses.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained with reference to the embodiment shown in FIGS.
The dust collection chamber 6 has a main gas outlet 8 that opens at the top and a gas outlet 9 that opens in the middle of the wrinkle collecting crow*6. 10 are installed adjacent to each other in the gas flow direction.

In use, the boiler exhaust gas whose temperature has been adjusted by the economizer 2 passes through the exhaust gas lower part, enters the dust collector 1116, passes through the dust collector 10 one after another, and a part of it is first discharged from the gas outlet 9 and recirculated to the boiler. However, without being affected by this, most of the boiler exhaust gas further passes through each dust collecting section 10 and is discharged from the main gas outlet 8 at °C, so the main gas flow B and the sub gas flow B are included in the collection tm*6. configured. Thus, the main gas 11 passes through more dust collectors 10 than the sub gas 12, and is removed by the dust collectors 10 to a predetermined dust content or less during operation of the apparatus.

On the other hand, since the sub-gas 12 is discharged midway through the dust collection chamber 6, the charging time is shorter than that of the main gas 11, and therefore the dust content is greater than that of the main gas 11.

As mentioned above, the inventive feature is that the main gas is discharged midway through the subgas dust collection chamber without affecting the main gas dust collection chamber, so the dust collector part, which was conventionally used to remove more subgas than necessary, collector electrode plate, discharge electrode wire, hammering device, support insulator,
This eliminates the need for power supplies, etc., and can reliably reduce equipment costs, running costs, and maintenance costs.
