In a suspension storage tank containing sedimentary sediment components, a recess provided in the tank bottom plate is supported by a support placed on the bottom surface of the recess so that the top surface of the recess is almost the same as the bottom plate surface. A sample collection container is provided in which the sample collection container is removably fitted with a stopper, and includes a side wall configured to slide in the gap between the stud and the recess, and a bottom plate with a hole that does not interfere with the stopper support.
