Claims (1)
列に接続されバッテリから該1次コイルに与えられる電
流をオンオフする第1のトランジスタスイッチと、導通
した際に前記第1のトランジスタスイッチへのベース電
流を該第1のトランジスタスイッチから側路するように
設けられた第2のトランジスタスイッチと、内燃機関の
点火位置で前記第2のトランジスタスイッチを導通させ
るべく該第2のトランジスタスイッチにベース電流を供
給する信号供給回路とを備え、前記第2のトランジスタ
スイッチの導通により前記第1のトランジスタスイッチ
を遮断させて前記点火コイルの2次コイル点火用の高電
圧を誘起させる内燃機関用点火装置において、内燃機関
の回転数が設定値以上あるときに所定レベル以上の回転
検出信号を出力する回転検出回路と、前記回転検出信号
によりベース電流が与えられて導通して前記バッテリか
ら前記第1のトランジスタスイッチへのベー・ スミ流
を供給する第3のトランジスタスイッチと、前記所定レ
ベル以上の回転検出信号が発生している間に充電される
コンデンサを有し前記回転検出信号のレベルが所定値未
満になったときに該コンデンサの電荷を所定の時定数で
放電させることにより前記第1のトランジスタスイッチ
に漸減するベース電流を流すベース電流漸減回路とを具
