Claims (1)
ンガ層を順次積層した熱風管連結部の目地構造において
、目地中央部に1個の粘土質耐火レンガを配し、これの
両側に断熱レンガを左右厚みを違えて組付けた第ルンガ
層と、目地中央部にアルミナ系耐火レンガを千鳥に組合
せこれの両側に左右が等厚の断熱レンガを前記千鳥位置
のレンガに整列しで組付けた第2レンガ層と、粘土質耐
火レンガで組積形成した第3レンガ層と、目地中央の接
合面における段差と該段差に伴なう融通空隙を有し前記
各レンガ層よりも大きいアルミナ系耐火レンガによる第
4レンガ層と、キャスタブルと第ルンガ層との間の全面
にわたって分装形成したセラミック・ファイバ・バルク
層と、千鳥積や厚み差によって各レンガ層間に形成され
た間隙に介装したセラミック・ファイバ・バルク片とに
よって構成され、要部を千鳥積みにすることによって接
合線をジグザグに形成させると共に、熱膨張による半径
方向の変動を各レンガ層間に形成した隙間を利用して吸
収するようにした構成を特徴とする熱風管連結部の目地
