給圧検出部によって検出された圧力変化に応じて動作す
るアクチュエータと、前記流路内で前記過給圧検出部の
前流に設けられ、前記アクチュエータと連動して開閉制
御される過給圧調整用絞り弁とを備えたことを特徴とす
