  1. 液管相互間にコルゲートフィンを介装してなる熱交換器
    において、該コルゲートフィンのフィン基線に対し交互
    に反対側に突出成形したルーバの一部若しくは全部が前
    記フィン基線に対する傾斜状態が交互に変わるように構
    成してなる熱交換器。
