入され、前記各圧力室のダイヤフラムに作用するプロセ
ス−圧力が封入液を介してセンサ室のダイヤフラムに作
用し、このダイヤフラムの変位を光センサヘッドが検知
して差圧を検出することを特徴とする光応用差圧伝送器
