A robot is placed at the site to perform the required work, but in order to perform this work,
It is necessary for the vehicle body transfer device to stop regularly for a certain period of time sufficient for work, and there has been a desire for a rational intermittent transfer device suitable for such uses.

A movable support member that is placed at each station and whose upper surface is lower than the supported surface of the transferred object when stationary, and a movable support member that is attached to all movable support members and has rails on both sides extending in the front-rear direction to connect between the station and pitch. A lower back-and-forth moving member that reciprocates and an upper support roller that receives the upper back-and-forth moving member at each rail position are provided at predetermined intervals, and a cam follower is installed at a position below the upper support roller and is attached to each rail. a vertically moving member that is arranged in parallel and extends in the front-rear direction and rises to lift the transferred object from the fixed support member;
A lower back-and-forth moving member that is arranged parallel to each rail and extends in the front-rear direction, together with a planar cam for raising and lowering arranged to correspond to each cam follower, and a lower surface of the cam just below each cam follower. It consists of a lower support roller which is in contact with the lower back-and-forth moving member and which receives the lower back-and-forth moving member, by which the objects to be transported can be intermittently transported from the rear to the front one after another to the front station. Since the upper support roller, cam foyer, and lower support roller are in a straight line in the vertical direction, the load of the vertically moving member and the object to be transported is applied to the cam. Therefore, according to the present invention, there is an advantage that it is only necessary to increase the strength of the cam by hardening or the like. If the lower back-and-forth moving member were to receive the above-mentioned load, it would inevitably be difficult to provide strength to the lower back-and-forth moving member since it is a long object. The device according to the present invention is extremely rational in that the lower back-and-forth moving member operates to lift and lower the transferred object to the fixing support member, and the upper moving member moves the transferred object. It is a device.

When the lower back-and-forth moving member (10) advances, the lower back-and-forth moving member (10) retreats. Then, each cam follower (7) reaches from the rear lower horizontal part (9b) of the cam (9) to the front upper horizontal part (9a) via the inclined part (9C). As a result, the vertically movable member (8) rises, and in the process of this rising, the movable support member (2), which is integrated with the vertically movable member (8), moves as shown in FIG. 1) Lift the object to be transferred (A).
