ード１の内蔵回路、２０はカード１のメモリ、２７はマ
イクロプロセッサ、３１．３２は現在時刻を示す手段で

モリを上記マイクロプロセッサに接続し、所望の上記イ
ンデックスに基づいて上記マイクロプロセッサを制御し
てそのインデックスに応じた時差データを上記メモリよ
り読出し、上記マイクロプロセッサにて上記所定標準時
帯の現在時刻に上記時差データを加減算して、上記時刻
を示す手段により所望の上記標準時帯の現在時刻を知ら
