基台に対してその位置が固定されるように設置され、そ
の一方の端部にピンを持ち、該ピンはバネによって基台
あるいに基台に固定された部材に透設されたピン孔を通
して、保護カバーの移動を阻止できる程度に保護カバー
の移動通路側に常に突出し得るようになされていて、且
つ操作によってバネに抗してピンの突出を制御すること
が可能なレバーとを具備したことを特徴とする動力駆動
