おいて、前記利用側回路から前記凝縮器に送り込まれる
流体の温度を検出する温度検出器を設け、前記流体流通
回路の流体供給管に介挿された開閉弁を前記温度検出器
による検出温度が一定温度に達しない場合には開状態で
保持し、前記検出温度が一定温度以上に達すると閉状態
に切換えるとともに、前記流体供給管には前記開閉弁と
並列に流体の流量を絞るバイパス回路を接続したことを
