内の温水とヒートポンプサイクル内の冷媒が熱交換する

させるポンプをもつヒートポンプ式給湯暖冷房装置にお
いて、核部の温水温度によって体積を変化させて流出口
を一方又は他方に実質的に切替える第１の三方弁を前記
水熱交換器の出口側に設け、該第１の三方弁の一方の流
出口は温水温度が設定温度より低いとき開弁するように
設け、第１の三方弁の他方の流出口を前記貯湯槽に接続
し、核部の温水温度によって体積を変化させて流入口を
一方又は他方に実質的に切替える第２の三方弁を備え、
該第２の三方弁の一方の流入口は温水温度が設定温度よ
りも高いとき開弁するように設け、該第２の三方弁の一
方の流入口は前記第１の三方弁の一方の流出口に接続し
、他方の流入口は前記水熱交換器の入口側に接続し、第
２の三方弁の流出口を電磁弁を開して貯湯槽に接続し、
前記電磁弁は暖房時及び冷房時で温水温度が設定温度以
