DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to packaging in which the load during stacked storage is shared between the packaging and the product.

A conventional packaging device that shares the load between the product and the packaging has a gap 10 between the top cover 5 and the corrugated cardboard frame 1, as shown in FIG. The ratio was adjusted. However, with this method,
Since the amount of strain in response to the load on the corrugated cardboard frame 1 is very small compared to the cushioning material 2, as the creep of the cushioning material 2 progresses, the corrugated cardboard frame 1
There was a drawback that the load was applied only to the trunk frame 1, causing buckling and bulging of the trunk frame 1. Furthermore, it was very difficult to adjust the load sharing ratio.

An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging device that can easily divide the stacked load during warehouse storage between the contents and the outer box in any proportion. When designing a package that is supported by both the package and the contents, it is quite difficult to maintain a constant ratio of the load applied to both. In general, cushioning materials tend to flex under load, and the outer box flexes only slightly, so it is necessary to understand the spring constant of the packaging material and ensure dimensional accuracy. It was predicted that the load support ratio would change significantly when the material fatigued. Therefore, in the present invention, a load is also applied to the outer box via a cushioning material to reduce the apparent spring constant of the outer box.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. In the packaging consisting of a bottom plate, a corrugated cardboard frame, and an upper lid, the upper cushioning material 2 is shaped to cover not only the product but also the upper end surface 1a of the corrugated cardboard frame 1. In packaging with this configuration, both the product 4 and the corrugated cardboard frame 1 support the load via the cushioning material 2. Therefore, since the spring constant can be easily adjusted by calculating the pressure-receiving area and thickness of the cushioning material 2, the load applied to the product 4 and the corrugated cardboard frame 1 can be easily distributed. Furthermore, since the load-strain characteristics of both materials are the same, the load sharing ratio will not change significantly even if the materials are crushed or their characteristics change during transportation, handling, and storage.

As explained above, according to the present invention, it is easy to share and support the stacked load that is applied to products during warehouse storage between the product and the packaging in an arbitrary ratio, and even products with weak load-bearing strength, which was difficult to do in the past, can be easily supported. It becomes possible to support the load. Furthermore, since the outer box can be made of a lower grade material corresponding to the load supported by the product, an economical effect of 10 to 20 inches can be expected. Even when designing packaging that applies a load to the product, it took a considerable amount of time and experience to design the load sharing ratio.
According to the present invention, the design work time can be reduced by about 30 cm because specifications are determined by calculation.
