の側壁に重重にしてソレノイド6が設けてhv、このソ
レノイドの下方にはヒータ7が設けである。ソレノイド
6により駆動されるプランジャ6aの先端には、コ字状

ない。また、空気層が存在しないので、食品の冷凍保存
の際、食品を速かに凍結させることができ、食品の風味
を損じるおそれはない。
