【発明の詳細な説明】 の牽引中のシートに切断用バー7オレーションを形成す
る工程において、牽引方向aと交差する方向に並ぶ第1
の階段状パーフオレーションを穿役する工程と、第1の
パーフオレーションとほぼ同一位置に第1の階段状パー
7オレーションと平行に第2の階段状パー7オレーショ
ンを穿設し、その後上記両パー7オレーションに沿って
上記シートを切断して筒状袋展開シートを形成し、かつ
同展開シートを筒状に折畳み、さらに底貼部を形成する
ことを特徴とする袋製造法に関するものであって巻取布
シートの切断部に発生する分離条を防止し底貼部を体裁
よく形成し品質良好なりロス袋又は紙クロス貼合袋を賓
易に得ようとするものである0 本発明を図面に示す実施例について説明すると、合成樹
脂延伸テープによる経緯条1.2に、よって巻取平織布
シート3を形成し或は第5図に示すように割目を互に交
差させた割布4.5FCよって巻取布シート3を形成す
る。又このシート3には合成樹脂薄膜をラミネートして
も良いし、或はクラフト紙6に接着剤によって貼着しく
第3図)、又はクラフト紙6.6間にサンドイッチ吠に
貼合した複合シート(第4図)でも差支えない。本発明
ではこのような巻取布シート3を矢印a方向に牽引して
巻戻し、その牽引シート3をテンションローラ7.7か
ら受ローラ8vc案内し、同ローラ8に向って定速回動
しているミシン目刃9によって同ローラ8を迂回する上
記シート3に第1のパーフォレーション10を穿設する
ことができる。このパーフォレーション10の並列方向
は第6図および第7図に示すように上記矢印a方向と直
交および斜交し、かつ階段状に形成され、−直線ではな
い。このようにした上記牽引シート3はさらに案内ロー
ラ】1を迂回して第2の受ローラ8′に案内され、同ロ
ーフ8に向って定速回動しているミシン目刃9′によっ
て同ローラ8′を迂回する上記シー)3に第2のパーフ
ォレーション12を穿設する。第2のパーフォレーショ
ン12の位置は同シート3の移行速度とミシン目刃9.
