Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate a separate dust collector, which requires particular area for installation, and thereby decreasing the cost for equipment by forming parts between movable and stationary vanes of a blower housing in such a manner as protruding outside, by furnishing a dust collecting part, in which dust is collected by means of centrifugal force, at the coutside circumference and by coupling this part with a dust collector box. CONSTITUTION:A dust collecting part 5 is formed at the outside circumference by installing the parts between the movable 1 and stationary 2 vanes of a blower housing 4 in such a manner as protruding outside. This dust collecting part 5 is formed as a spiral as shown in the illustration, in which fine dust collected by means of centrifugal force shall be led off for a dust collector box 6. Here no separate drive power is required because dust collecting is carried out by utilizing the centrifugal force given to the dust by a swirling, which is produced by the movable vanes 1 until it reaches the stationary vanes 2. Because the dust collecting part 5 has larger diameter than the wind path, the dust provided with centrifugal force will never return to the wind path, and further this consolidated construction of dust collecting device with the blower device does not require any particular area for installation of dust collecting device. Thus the cost for equipment can be decreased.
