るのを許す第1位置およびこれら双方を上記歯車から縁
切りさせる第2位置の相互間で回動されるカム部材と、
上記一対の爪片とを、上記歯車の回りで正逆揺動される
手動ハンドルに各別の支軸を介して取付け、この手動ハ
ンドルに、上記カム部材の位置決め機構と爪片を上記歯
車に係合する方向へ付勢する弾発部材とを設け、上記カ
ム部材を回動させる手動レバーを、このカム部材を支持
する上記支軸に固着するとともに、この手動レバーと上
記駆動軸との間に、カム部材が第1位置にあるとき、駆
動軸の往動を阻止するストッパ機構を設けた牽引巻上装
