を一体回動可能に収装し上記弁箱の一方側には付勢装置

急遮断弁において、前記側筒体内の弁軸には環状面にラ
チェット穴を１筒所以上設けたクラッチ部材を一体的に
軸嵌し、前記のハンドルと結合された駆動側軸には上記
クラッチ部材と同形でその環状面には前記のラチェット
穴と対応する位置毎に爪穴を設けたクラッチ部材を一体
的に軸嵌するとともに、このクラッチ部材の爪大内には
スプリングの支弾によりラチェツト爪を弾発的に収嵌し
