し、この素材をそのまま成形用型によシ湾曲状lIK保
持して硬化させるようkしていえ。したがって、厚さ方
向に積層された強化繊維のうち曲率の大きい輪に位置す
るものthと多く、弛緩して波形状になシ、製品の剛性
−?強度等の低下ないしバラツキを生ずるという不具合

以下、本発明につき図面を参照しながら説明する。第1
図において素材1は合成樹脂uA准2を含浸させた強化
繊維束3を備えている。この強化繊維束3は、たとえば
ガラス、カーI7またはその他の適宜繊維材、ないしは
これらの混合物等から形成されて長手方向に蔦在する複
数の繊維素子4・・・を備えている・これら繊維素子4
・・・は長手方向一端のみが一方の枠体5によって拘束
された第1群に属する素子4a・・・と、他熾のみが他
方の枠体8によって拘束された第2群に属する素子4b
・・・とに分割されている。これら素子4畠・・・、4
b・・・は、第3図に例示するように素材1の幅方向お
よび厚さ方向に相隣る各素子4・・・ごとに相異なる詳
に属するように構成されている。要すれば第4図に例示
するように厚さ方向の各列ごとに、あるいは第5図に例
示するように幅方向の複数行ととに相異なる群に属する
ように配置してもよく、その他の適宜の配置であっても
