Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 直流電源に抵抗体Ｒ１とホトトランジスタＰＴの直列回
    路を接続するとともに、前記ホトトランジスタＰＴのコ
    レクタ電圧と任意に設定した基準電圧とを比較器ＣＭに
    入力として与え、前記ホトトランジスタＰＴの導通、不
    導通に応じて前記比較器ＣＭの出力をＨＩＧＨＬＯＷに
    変化させるようにした受光部部を有する光検知器におい
    て、前記ホトトランジスタＰＴのコレクターとベースの
    間に抵抗体Ｒ２とコンデンサＣ□の直列回路を接続して
    前記ホトトランジスタＰＴへの入射光の強弱変化によっ
    て比較器ＣＭが誤動作しないようにしたことを特徴とす
    る光検知器。
