Claims (1)
２個以上の温度センサを有し、温度検出出力が取り出せ
る温度検出回路と、前記各温度センサ出力を夫々順方向
にしたダイオードを介して共通接続し、その共通接続点
を比較器の一方の入力端に接続し、前記比較器の出力端
と前記各ダイオードのアノード間に夫々フィードバック
抵抗を接続し、前記比較器の他方の入力端には順方向に
したダイオードを介して基準電圧を接続してなり、温度
検出信号が基準電圧を越えたら前記比較器の動作出力を
送出させる比較判定回路とを備え、この比較判定回路の
動作出力にもとづいて前記被保護対象機器の保護出力を
取り出すようにしたことを特徴とする機器温度検出保護
