その透孔、２２は絶縁層、２３は高抵抗層、２４Ｇよ及

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリコン単結晶基板に異方性エツチングによるアパーチ
    ャが穿設され、上記シリコン単結晶基板の両面及び上記
    アパーチャの内周面に絶縁層が形成され、上記シリコン
    単結晶基板の両面に第１グリツド電極及び第２グリツド
    電極を構成する電極導体が被着され、上記アパーチャの
    内周面の上記絶縁層表面に高抵抗層が上記第１グリツド
    及び第２グリツド電極導体間に跨って被着されてなる陰
    極線管の電子銃。
