    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電圧設定回路の設定電圧の変化を電流変化に変換する第
    １の電圧電流変換回路の出力側に第１のプオトカプラを
    接続し、コンバータ部の被制御電圧の変化を電流変化に
    変換する第２の電圧電流変換回路の出力側に第２のフォ
    トカプラを接続し、前記第１のフォトカプラの出力およ
    び第２のフォトカプラの出力をコンパレータに入力する
    如（して成る電圧比較回路。
