前記シリンダ孔の後部に摺動自在に密嵌したプライマリ
−・ピストンと、このプライマリ−・ピストンの前方に
おいて前記シリンダ孔に摺動自在に密嵌し前記プライマ
リ−・ピストンとの間に第1ブレーキ液圧発生室を画成
し、前記シリンダ本体の閉塞端部との間に第2ブレーキ
液圧発生室を画成するセカンダリ−・ピストンと、前記
第1ブレーキ液圧発生室において前記プライマリ−・ピ
ストンと前記セカンダリ−・ピストンとの間に張設され
たリターンスプリングと、このリターンスプリングの前
記セカンダリ−・ピストン側端部を受けるはS゛カツプ
形状スプリング・リテーナと;このスプリング・リテー
ナの底部と係合する係合部を備え、前記プライマリ−・
ピストンに固定された係合部材と、前記シリンダ本体の
後方側に設けられたケーシングと、該ケーシング内に移
動自在に配設され、前方に負王室、後方に変圧室を各々
区画する可動壁と、該可動壁と前記ケーシングとの間に
配置され可動壁を後方に付勢する予負荷ばねと、前記プ
ライマリ−ピストンと前記可動壁との間に配設された出
力軸とを備えた負圧式倍力装置付タンデムマスタシリン
ダにおいて、前記プライマリ−・ピストンを後方に付勢
するばねを、前記可動壁と前記プライマリ−・ピストン
との間に設け、かつ前記スプリング・リテーナを前記セ
カンダリ−・ピストンに係止させたことを特徴とする負
