Claims (1)
スより突出する支持筒にて圧電振動子を支持し、その容
器内の内容物の有無に応じてその圧電振動子の共振状態
が変化することを利用した物体検知装置において、前記
ベースの前記支持筒基部周辺又は取付部周辺にストレス
