れる。Conventionally, a common method for forming an uneven pattern on the surface of a board is to apply shadows to the surface of the board using an embossing machine or an embossing roll having an uneven direction. Therefore, it is again for board material wI! The uneven pattern created by I4 is determined by factors such as the hardness of the M plate or embossing roll against the plate material, the embossing time, the pressure, the shape and depth of the unevenness, and the ease with which the plate is formed into a tray shape. It is rare that the uneven pattern on a table top or row # is reproduced exactly on the board surface. Particularly in the case of inorganic boards, which tend to spring back even after being stamped once (springback phenomenon), effective reproduction of uneven patterns is (support) -. In other words, raw materials such as cement, gypsum, and lightweight aggregates are difficult to shape vertically, and when pressed too hard, electrical tension is likely to occur in the planks. In addition, it takes a long time for the board to saponify, and the shape stamped during that time is thought to be mainly due to the shape of the springback 14.

。In other words, the present invention involves forming a slurry made by mixing a hydraulic inorganic material with each maple fiber containing an aggregate and a thermoplastic synthetic resin, additives, and water into a board material, and then heating the surface details of the Monpan material. The method for producing an inorganic plate material having an uneven pattern is characterized by pressing the #kIIi material with a high pressure or a large roll, and then curing and hardening the #kIIi material. The method involves pressing and pressing a plate of cured and hardened straw containing synthetic wood 1111ai grade 1 with a heated Enges pear board or enves roll to form a convex pattern.

良い。Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with drawings. The drawing is a schematic plan view showing an embodiment of the present invention using the circular net papermaking method. 〇(1) is a batt, and all is a series of 3 to 6 knits arranged in series. , into which a slurry (2) containing the present materials is supplied. Slurry (2) is a composite of ice-hard inorganic materials such as gypsum, cement, or water slag, aggregates such as silica sand and perlite, and mature plastic materials such as pulp, glass Ia, asbestos, bolier ramie, propylene nylon tree F1 fiber, etc. It is a mixture of Il fibers containing resin fibroids and one additive such as a surfactant with water to a specified level. Among the added fibers, polyethylene, pyrene, nylon, etc. Thermoplastic resin 11 & fiber,
At the same time, if a large amount is added to pulp fibers or asbestos, the fibers will also be thermally deformed and the uneven pattern of the board will easily collapse when pressed by heated enmes pressure or enves roll. The effect of preventing springback is also increased. In addition, the dimensions of synthetic fibers are iJ 6

Because of the stamping process, the breakage of the hydraulic and solid material on the surface layer of the board is promoted, and the uneven pattern created by the thermal deformation of the synthetic fibers added to the board is fixed. It has the effect of suppressing and preventing springback.

After weighing, the molded plate was passed through a subsequent heating process to form the desired uneven pattern on its surface. The carp depth of the Engesroll was set to 2.5 mm, and the surface was heated with a gas burner while being stamped. After stamping, the plates were piled up and cured at room temperature for 80 minutes, and then the moisture content was adjusted to 12 to 111% K using a dryer to obtain the desired uneven pattern inorganic GT& material. In addition, the maximum number of irregularities on the surface of the inorganic chamber board is α! With 1NLO Hoho, springback has been prevented to a great extent compared to the conventional layer, and the sharp uneven pattern has been re-created.
