Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 全体が耐火物で内張すされたオイルファーネスタイプの
    カーボンブラック生成炉における急速冷却室２０の長手
    方向側壁に、炉内に貫通する２個以上の貫通孔５ａ、　
    　５ｂ、・・・を設け、外表面部に冷却水供給管１を嵌
    合する嵌合孔１１を形成する該冷却水供給管１の締め肘
    用固定金具７を有し嵌合孔１１部分にバッキング機構を
    有するフランジ１２をその嵌合孔１１と前記貫通孔５と
    が合致するようにゲートバルブ１７およびゲート１８を
    有する遮断装置１６を介して前記側壁の外壁鉄皮１９に
    固定し、前記固定金具７により前記冷却水供給管１を抜
    き出し一挿入および回転自在に保持せしめるとともに前
    記バッキング機構により補記嵌合孔１１と前記冷却水供
    給管１との間隙を封ぜしめ、前記冷却水供給管１の抜き
    出し一挿入に合わせて前記ゲート１８を上下せしめるカ
    ーボンブラック製造用急冷装置。
