ュレートトラップの再生時期を該排気ガス径路内に臨ま
せた背圧ポートからの背圧信号を検出する背圧センサに
より制御するディーゼルエンジンの排気パティキュレー
ト浄化装置において、上記背圧センサと背圧ポートとを
結ぶ圧力管路中にエアポンプに連結される圧力切替弁を
設け、該切替弁はエアポンプからのエアを背圧ポートに
流出せしめる第１の位置とエアポンプからのエアを遮断
し背圧ポートからの背圧を背圧センサに伝達せしめる第
２の位置とを選択的にとることを特徴とするディーゼル
エンジンの排気パティキュレート浄化装置。Diesel engine exhaust particulate purification in which the regeneration timing of a particulate trap provided in the exhaust gas path of a diesel engine is controlled by a back pressure sensor that detects a back pressure signal from a back pressure port facing into the exhaust gas path.
