That is, in the case shown in FIG. 1, only the tip 1 of the tooth, which is most likely to wear out, is hardened by a special quenching process, and the upper part 3 and bottom part 4 of the mounting part 2 and the root part of the tooth tip are formed into a U-shape. 6 is made of a material with excellent toughness. In the case shown in FIG. 2, the entire tooth is hardened and only wear resistance is considered.

Although the tip 1 can still be used satisfactorily, it becomes unusable, resulting in a disadvantage that the life of the tooth itself is shortened.

The disadvantage is that this situation often occurs.

という欠点があった。In addition, the surfaces of the tooth tip 1 and the bottom 4 are partially hardened,
In the case of Fig. 3, in which a part of the bottom part 4 is made tough to prevent breakage, it is very difficult to harden the bottom part 4 partially and uniformly due to manufacturing reasons. However, this had the disadvantage that it did not provide toughness to the steel, and eventually breakage occurred in this area.

In the figure, the upper part 3 and root part 6 of the U-shaped attachment part 2 are made of parts with excellent toughness, and the tip 1 is hardened. Further, the bottom part 4 of the U-shaped attachment part 2 is separated at the base part 6 and fitted at a fitting part 7, as shown in the bottom view of FIG. Also, this bottom part 4 is hardened like the tip part 1. As another embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the bolt hole 5' portion of the bottom portion 4 is divided into parts L7 and hardened as separate members 4'. Also bolt hole 5'
is a tapped hole.

In the figure, the tooth wears uniformly from the tip 1 to the bottom 4 as indicated by A, ′-“, and No. Along with this wear, since the bolt is screwed into the bottom 4, the bolt also wears out along with the bottom s4. Although it wears out, the screwed state is maintained as it is.Also, the parts that break due to bending force are the top part 3 and the base part 7.8 of the bottom part 4 of the U-shaped mounting part 2, as shown in the figure. 5, since the material from the base 6 to the top 3 is made of a material with excellent toughness, there will be no breakage at the part 7 shown in FIG. 6. When bending force is applied to the bottom 4, the bottom 4 is bent at the fitting part 7 to escape the bending force.Furthermore, when bending force is applied to the bottom part 4 of the embodiment shown in FIG.
Since a material with excellent toughness is arranged from the root part 6 to the bottom part 4, it has sufficient strength against bending force.

Since the divided bottom portions are screwed together, the tooth remains fixed. Furthermore, by dividing the bottom part, the hardening process or the tough part of the bottom part can be performed as designed, and the split mating part will bend and escape against bending force, or the tough part will bend. It can maintain its full strength and will not break. Therefore, the wear and breakage required for teeth can be solved at the same time, and there is an excellent effect that teeth with a long life can be obtained.
